• Professional public courses, developed under our own program and intended for a wider audience, they introduce the participants to the specifics of the project work, the team organization and motivation, the selection, the deployment, and the implementation of a particular project management methodology. • Private courses, organized exclusively for the employees of a particular company or administrative office. The content of these courses is tied to the specific projects and activities that the organization manages and the particular problems they face. • To help the development of the Bulgarian IT community, our lecturers take part in free public seminars organized together with the Bulgarian Association of Software Development (BASD) and focused on software engineering and project management.
